Did that chick initiate that she wants to date you?
How long have you known her?
Do you like her?
Does she seem like she wants you for something?
Have you consulted with your family?
Why is she NOT with the man who got her pregnant?
Do you have a reason NOT to date her?
As long as it's OK with yourself, it's fine. But committment wise... it'll take you some time to see if you want to stay with her for long time.
Would I? It REALLY depends. I would need a LOT more information from you to answer that question.

why not if you like her!
after all, you'd only missed the first exciting hour - too bad for you. But you could go through the whole thing with her, there isn't much difference. Well, you have a bit less responsibility, since it's not yours, but that may be good, too.
Plus, it happened before she knew you - nobody can change the past, only the future. If she's the one you want, go for it!

I don't know why not. Except if you are looking for a just right now thing. Pregnant women are hormonal and are liable to mess you up if you screw them over.

No way. I don't want kids, period, and if someone does want kids then they are not the right person for me anyway.
I'm sure there are people who wouldn't have a problem with it, though.
