How about a spiced apple? It is spiced rum, apple puckers, cranberry juice and club soda. You mix it in a shaker and serve it as a large shot if you want to be fancy you can also rim the glass with the powder that you make hot apple cider with. Or you can run with the classics Daqarie, Rum and Coke, Pinacolada, oh there are so many. One of my favorites is to make a smoothie then put rum in it. Oh if you use the coconut rum that and 7 up is great. Let us know what kind of rum you are talking about.

Besides the Pina Colada and Daiquiris.. Zombies are popular:

In a tall glass with ice:

1/2 shot each of light, amber and high proof rum
1/3 glass each of pineapple, bar lime (lime-ade) and OJ

Shake, then pour back in the glass, then float with Grenadine

Might also want to try the Blue Hawaiian:

In a tall glass, with ice again:

1 oz Malibu (coconut rum)
Add 1/2 glass of pineapple juice and 1/2 of lime-ade
Float Jamaican Rum (ex. Appleton Estate)
Float Blue Curacao

Enjoy
