I was going to install the Song Connect program to download music but I didn't realize how large it was so I ended the install as it was still installing...bad idea. Now I have part of the program installed, how do I delete it? I have Microsoft XP

1. Go to your Control Panel
2. Click on Add/Remove Programs
3. Scroll down still you see the Song connect program
4. Click on remove.
5. There may be additional steps through the program, just follow.
6. Re-boot your computer.
Hope this helps

If it isn't listed under the add/remove programs just delete the program folder and then run ccleaner. www.ccleaner.com
