Protein can be for you or against you as far as WHAT kind of weight you will be gaining
If you take protein supplements (ie. CytoGainer, Max Muscle or any protein shake) and work out you WILL gain weight but it will be muscle mass. If you take in a high ammount of protein without any physical exercise at all your body will use the excess energy to form fat.
Remember though muscle weighs more than fat so DONT be afraid if your gaining weight at a high pace, its just normal.

Protein is necessary for building muscle. so if you're working out and taking protein you will build muscle and then gain weight from the muscle you add.

I believe sure! unlucky however sure. I've spotted that individuals who've meat every day scent specific. However I have no idea if its the protein that reasons it. If it used to be you should not be having issues lengthy after you might have stopped taking protein, rt?

if you cut back on carbs and eat lots of protein it will cause you to lose weight drastically fast..if thats what youre trying to do make sure you take a fiber supplement...if youre wanting to gain weight..stack up on carbs and protein

Calories in: Calories out. It doesn't make a bit of difference what kind of calories you eat. If you eat more than you expend, then you will gain weight. Turn that around, and you lose. Ask any MD.

Depends on what it is...red meat has more calories than chicken...it can cause kidney problems though..which is one of the issues with low carb diets like Atkins (they promote high protein)...

any amount of energy over wut ur burning will make you gain weight. a)stored for later as body fat or b) go into muscle growth...protein tends to lean towards muscle mass, however a calorie is a calorie
