Im sorry if I am insulting your meditation or anything like that but it is next to impossible to lose NOTICEABLE weight by just sitting around. Get up, get out and go exercise.

Yoga and Tai Chi are both meditation and if you do them correctly use a lot of energy and can help you lose weight. Give one of them a try but don't go for any of the easy nerf versions.

Mediation is a method used to resolve disputes. Instead of going to court. Excersize and decrease caloric content- that's the best!
