If you are talking about emotional pain, that I can address. I have no great answer for you, I am still working on it. One thing I can say about pain is that it is a teacher and a natural part of life. Some get more than others which sucks, but from all my pain I have learned a great deal The worst pain I ever had was loosing my little baby boy to SIDS. Now many years later I have a wonderful little girl who I adore and never take for granted because the pain of loosing my son taught me how precious our children are. I have learned compassion and understanding from pain and feel that I am a better person for it. Of course I wish my life had not been and continued not to be so painful, but I have got to deal with the cards I have been dealt. I really don't think there is any healthy escape from pain, the escaping just causes more. Sometimes I write bad poetry about it, ha ha. Feeling pain is normal, the degree depends upon our experiences. The best thing I have ever found was knowing I was not alone and that others have been there to. Without the rain there would be no flowers.

Definitely NOT screaming and NOT to LIVE with Advil (because Advil and Motrin both may cause stomach bleeding if taking for excessive period of time). Same as Tylenol (or any generic Acataminophen) because it hurts your Liver if taking too much or too long.

By the way, where is your Pain? Any other symptoms? How is the pain like (Sharp, dull, general ache, throbbing, shooting)? How much pain (scale of 0-10, 10 being the worst worst pain imaginable)? Is the pain Constant (stays) or Intermittent (comes and goes)? How long has it been?

For Pain with NO serious medical reason behind, usually a couple Tylenol should take care of it, but if you should need 2 Tylenol every day every night for 2 months, I would see a Doctor or go to Emergency room, expecially if the pain is located at:
1) Left Chest and radiates to Left shoulder, jaw- IF SO TAKE 2 Aspirin and go to ER NOW
2) Headache that feels like a pause/ heart rate
3) Almost every joints
4) Abdomen
5) Scrotum (for guys)

Please feel free to email me for any question.

I hope it helps

Spark - what kind of pain are you referring to? mental? physical?
I'm assuming its mental. You know, we are always going to have
to deal with pain. Did someone hurt you? I know the pain you
have - you almost feel numb, in a sense that you cannot feel
anything anymore. Just that it really hurts. Maybe you should look
into some counseling? some meds? sometimes these help us
cope with what's going on in our lives. If someone hurt you - did
you confront them? forgive them? don't just lay there and suffer.
You don't need that. I would look into talking to someone - and
make it a professional cause people in the world don't understand
what we are going through - you see? I wish you the best. :)

Death is the only real cure for pain. I am not prescribing this course of action. But that is the only certain cure. Try the other methods, you will possibly find some temporary relief- you will ultimately see that my answer is the only fool proof method. It does not matter how or where the pain is from, or even the intensity. Death is the answer.
