when i turn my computer on i find this msg "windows canot findc:\program files\common files\microsoft shared\web folders\ibm00001.exe try to search this file . and i searched but i face the same problem . so how can i face this problem or how can i get that missed file?

What you should do really depends on your level of experiance with computers. If you have some experiance then put your Windows CD in and have it provide the missing files for you. The proceedure needs a certain level of experiance and it is just not easy to explain here how to do it if you don't have the experiance.
perhaps you may wish to get this book: Windows XP Inside-Out which you can purchase at any major book store. It is a thick book, but it has a wealth of informaiton in it. It also has a CD with a lot more great stuff and it provides additional sources of informaion on line. It costs about fifty dollars but is well worth the price for all you get out of it.
when you get the book go to the back to repairing and re-installing Windows. There you will find information on how to use the CD to fix these types of problems.
