I'm into outdoor activities, so I'm cautious as to how much time I'll be able to spend outside if it's drizzling all the time.

LOL!!!
Native oregonians don't let a mere drizzle stop them from doing anything. Most of us don't even let rain stop us! Whatever it is ... jogging, cycling, hiking, camping, we just do it anyway!!

Also, the summer is nice, even hot, and there are plenty of "sun breaks" during the winter rainy season. Spring is probably the wettest.

Along the oregon coast, just about most of it, is where you will find the cooler, drizzly, foggy weather more year round, especially the south-central oregon coast and the far northern coast by Astoria.

For the very best Oregon weather, visit Bend!

I just moved to Portland in April and it hasn't rained in two months. I am told the summers are always dry and it never storms only drizzles. Hopefully it is true.
