No state provides a "buyer's remorse" period! That's a very common misconception. Totally false!
A few states do provide that a vehicle must be able to pass a safety and emissions test but usually limit that to sales through dealers. MA does extend the emissions test requirement to private sales in certain circumstances, though.

Many used cars are sold "as is". If you bought from a used car lot, some have a warranty but you should have asked when you bought it. It's usually part of the paperwork.
Some states have a three day buyers remorse period on any contract, but if you paid cash or bought directly from the seller, you may not.
These are things you really need to check out BEFORE you buy...not afterwards.

Depends where you bought it from. Most used cars are sold as-is unless otherwise stated in your sales contract/agreement. Unless it is still covered under the original manufacturer's warrantly (Check with the manufacturer but most arte 3yr, 35k mi)

yes its like that alot some states must give one so its as low as 10 days 500 miles and pays 5%
