Probably the fats and the quick rush of sugars from the refined carbohydrates. We all need fats - so if you are trying to cut out the junk food then try eating more healthy fats like the ones in avocados or fish if you eat them.

your not alone, i always talk to a friend of mine saying I'm going to the gym sure I go but I go to burgerking afterwards I know defeats the whole pupose of woking out.but I'm caught between two worlds, I want to lose weight but another half of me wants to gain lotsa muscle.which require lots and lots of calories.

because you're so used to it, your body has built up a natural desire for it. cravings are only 15 minutes long, so if you can bare 15 minutes, than you can bare it all! Good Luck.
