Where is a good place to have back surgery?

I have sciatic nerve issues and am miserable. Can you give me some helpful ideas?

I have had back surgery on my lumbar region and more recently on the cervical spine. Dr. Thomas O'Brien at Southern Hills Hospital in Nashville, Tennessee is the BEST BEST BEST!

There is no GOOD place to have any kind of surgery. I have a disc problem at the moment a dehydrated disc with annular tear protruding and irritating the transit-ting nerve at L5/S1 but am reluctant to have anybody do surgery on my back when there is a risk of paralysis. I am in constant pain from my asre to my big toe, but still reluctant for surgery.
