I'm Not a doctor but I work closely with them, so I'll attempt to answer your question.
I believe Klonopin is mainly for Panic attacks/disorder (which in times make people super-nervous then brings people outburst.) Klonopin increase the central nervous system's activity and helps you to be aware of the situation... in a way it helps you to control yourself... but it can also be prescribed for something else.
One common side effect is excitement- AKA makes you a little hyper. If you're a little frustrated for whatever reason while on Klonopin, it may make you extra angry, and you realize it because Klonopin is working.
It's important to exercise because exercise increase endorphin levels, in a way it helps you to relax and less stress, less angry- to decrease the side effect of Klonopin. Even walking for 20 minutes its enough.
I hope it helps.

Klonopin is an anti-anxiety medicine, and it is sometimes prescribed to treat bipolar disorder patients and also to help people fall asleep as many other psychiatric medications make people fall asleep easier - it's not designed for it, but that's the main side effect.
Anger does not seem like a very typical side effect, most common one is excessive drowsiness, very vivid and unusual dreams, and slight depression and other "mood" related effects.
Every person reacts differently to medicine, however, especially psychiatric medicines. When I took "Geodon" I lost weight rapidly and ended up eating twice as many calories as I should daily because of how rapid the loss was! This was very uncommon! Plus I would "Crash" and get incredibly depressed about twice a week, and I noticed it was only when I took the medicine at irregular periods - like, once in the morning, once at night, etc. It helped to take it at night most.
See if maybe the timing of the medication is off. Maybe you can be switched to the slightly different generic version of Klonopin, Clonazepam or something of that sort.

I have been taking this drug for a while, and never had anger as a side effect. Tell your doctor about this.
