I'm in training to work with women who have barriers for employment so they can provide for their children. The mission of this would be to help these women to overcome the obstacles that keep them from providing a decent income for their families.

It would benefit the children by having a parent be able to provide for them. It would benefit the mother by helping them establish goals and providing the networking and resources they need to accomplish those goals. It would help society in general because it would reduce the cycle of poverty.
