I ordered some last year for the holiday from some place in Wisconsin... just to try something different/unique. I have to say it was pretty good.

I ordered from: http://www.schultzscheese.com/ but you can buy from any WI cheese house/haus

I also really liked the aged cheddar, garlic cheddar, and I absolutely loved the Cheddar Blue a blend of well... cheddar and blue... awesome

Gilly Bean.... it IS just like fudge.... its a cream cheese base with sugar and chocolate and one or two other things.

Think about cream cheese not cheddar cheese with chocolate.

I tried it and it was ok.

But much better is in McDonalds to buy French fries and vanilla icecream and use the french fries to eat the ice cream. This is a really nice combination. Specially when the French fries are very hot and fresh.

It looks like fudge, which makes me want to try it. Then I think.. chocolate cheese... and I don't try it.

My daughter LOVES it, but I'm such a picky eater that I find it hard to try new things.

Never tried that. Where'd you get it? Did you like it well enough to order more and what on earth does one do with chocolate cheese?

Sorry but chocolate cheese just sounds kinda gross. It sounds like it's stomach upset waiting to happen.

It was good, but the name is throws me off. It wasn't really 'cheese' it was just like fudge. I loved it though!!!!
