I don't think The Da Vinci Code "has a prayer" ... it's popular now, but will burn out quickly.
Harry Potter has done remarkably well and has good staying power in its wide appeal to children, both today and potentially decades from now. Unfortunately The Bible has the luxury of selling to many who have since passed and did not have the opportunity to read of Mr. Potter. It'll take quite a while, if it ever does come to pass.

It depends on how you look at it. If you look at it from an individual stand point, where individual people are going out and buying books than yes I believe they will, and probably have. This is because the Bible is usually give to a person from church, or at least the people I know get theres from church. Also if you look at costs bibles are a dollar now, so in $$ the yes, because I'm sure hundreds of years ago people couldn't afford the bible, or read to need one in the first place. So we can pretty much cut te history of the bible out of the race.

Maybe, because near the end times there will be more followers of Satan, than of God, and since Harry Potter is of Satan (wizards, witches, demons, dragons, Cerebrus the 3 headed hellhound) and the Da Vinci Code is evil, (Jesus was not married). Maybe that's why.

No. The Bible has been around much longer than either of the other two. Besides how could either one of those (HP & DC) be more interesting than the Bible?! Have you ever read the book of Judges? Sex, murder, conspiracy...what more do you want???

WEll, the bible has a head start of about 2000 years, so I don't know if they can match it. I agree in the validity point, tho.

True, but... Its all about promotion! The bible has millions of mindless brainwashed zombies constantly recruiting more and more to thier cult...and every new recruit gets a bible.

That's like comparing apples and picture frames. Many Bibles are DONATED. Sales of Bibles are irrelevant.
And is your trite little remark part of your silly question? If so, it isn't a question.
