I do. It feels good. I read somewhere that that sound is actually liquid bubbles popping in your joint. And it will cause no damage like arthritis like a lot of people think.

I never used to but my dad would grab my hands and crack my knuckles because he thought it was funny. After so many times of him doing that I started doing in on my own. Now I crack everything from my toes to my nose (literally, I can crack my nose). Very bad habit.
