almost every time i turn on the t.v. or open a book or newspaper, or i am driving down the road i will see a bill board or hear on the radio something about god, jesus, or church. would this or could this be god trying to communicate with me? it has only started happining since i came on to this site a few months ago.

Sounds like too much hocus-pocus magically delicious God crap to me. Its not god. Those things were probably always there, you are just more aware of them since coming to this site.
I liked your alternate dimension q better...much more thought provoking.

Almost anything can be seen as an omen but only you know when a deity or spirit is reaching out to you.
For me, I feel my deities trying to communicate with me when I walk through the woods, feel a refreshing gust of cool air, see a sunrise/sunset, or hear thunder in the distance. I also see birds as messengers of the gods.

God can use anything to get your attention. He is a God of possibilities!
the question is what are you going to do about the signs He is sending you? Will you listen to Him today?

God communicates with you everyday. You just have to tune out the other noise and listen.

Part of the problem with a message is what are they trying to do?
Do they want to get your attention? (well, that seems to have succeeded)
Do they want to impart something to you? If so, what is the message?
Realizing that God is trying to speak to you is one thing. What is He saying?

It could be, or it could be that you're just noticing them more now that you've started coming to this site and started focusing more on religion and spirituality.
