We had puffer fish for dinner the other night and I was the only one that didnt eat any but now every body is dead now. would this be cause by eating the fish or would this be caused by leaving the car running in the garage?

Its easy to tell the difference. If they are cherry red with blue lips and look like they peacefully drifted off, its carbon monoxide.
If they are contorted lying in pools of vomit it was the puffer fish.
