I am currently losing weight and when I work out, I sweat pretty intensely. Would investing in a sauna suit or belt be beneficial or could I do more harm than good? I've lost 17 lbs at last check and I only weigh myself once a month. Please let me know before I waste my money.

It will help you to lose"water weight", but that's not healthy at all. You might wind up very dehydrated. There's also the danger of getting heat illnesses, like heatstroke or heat exhaustion, especially in the summer months.

I use a sauna suit. But only to lose weight for a weigh in. It's not smart to use it as part of a weight loss regime. You'll only lose water weight.

I have never in my life seen one that works. The only thing that a suit will do is dehydrate you, and that's not exactly healthy. You won't lose weight that way.

I've never tried it, but it doesn't make sense. Seems like a scam to me. It would all just be water weight, I think.
