velveeta had a very distinct flavor, but you can make grilled cheese w/ it. some ppl i know prefer it rather than regular cheese. you still cook it the same way.

This is easy since velveeta melts at such a low temperature. Toast two slices of bread in the toaster. Melt a quarter to a half stick of butter in a nonstick pan. Put the velveeta between the two slices of toast and fry it in the butter on both sides. This should easily melt the cheese, especially if you push down on the sandwhich with a spatula.

Yeah, but go easy on the cheese, and keep a close eye on it. Also have a lot of paper towels ready when you take that first bite, because it will be extremly messy and gooey! You will notice a little bit more of a salty taste then you would if you were using regular brick cheese.
