For starters, do you wear them up like they should be, or do you let them slide down your nose a bit? If they are at the end of your nose, you are not looking out of your optical centers, which may cause tingling, dizziness, or headaches
If you have progressive lenses, there may not be enough of an angle on the frame and you would need to see your optician for an adjustment. Same with above.

The easiest thing to do is wear them for several hours nonstop. As you go about your business, you'll notice it less and less. Just don't drive while your eyes are adjusting.

You just have to continue to wear them. Sometimes new glasses can be hard to adjust to.
