Simple. The answer is in Qur'an verse where Allah teaches us that it was very easy for Him to make all the people of the same faith. Allah ask would the humanity will be living without argument. The answer is no because we would have find other reasons for hatred enmity and arguments.
The only way to walk the right way is to follow the commands. Allah never says that He will force his way on humans. This verse also make it clear that there will always be people following different religions.

Humans are imperfect, flawed creations bent on influences from one another. It is not the wish of God(Allah) to force his will upon man, but the glory of God that man chooses God's(Allah's) will over selfishness. In this, life is Allah's greatest test of faith and substance. It is the challange to overcome influence and see only glory and right, walking the path that might not be popular with others but is the true path of God. It is a lonely path, and might be costly, therefore being the most precious sacrifice man can make for God.

Humans are creatures who learn quickly from our environment and from others. If you took a child from it's parents and left it alone with no contact, could it learn to love or be righteous? Probably not because these are not inborn traits, they are learned. So we are all born without the knowledge of right or wrong, and wrong unfortunately is the easier of the two paths driven by laziness and greed.
As a gift from God we were given free will, the choice to do anything we want with our lives. Throughout our lives we are given choices or paths to journey down, some right, some wrong. He promised not to stand in our way while making these choices, but he also promised to be there to pick us up and help us back to the right path.
God can do all these great things, and could force us all onto the right path, but his promise not to force us is a solemn one that he will not break. It's up to us to use our gift of intelligence and common sense to avoid those wrong paths, but not to worry, if we choose to love him as he does us, he will turn you around if you ask.

One thing we seem to have plenty of are people who insist they "know" what the "right way" is. But really, what do you "know?" There are countless millions who believe you are totally wrong, and THEY ARE JUST AS SELF-ASSURED!
Can you not even suspect that these are all cultural products steeped in ideologies where very little is actually "known" and almost all is merely "believed" and "accepted?"

Because not everyone believes that Ahhah is god or supreme. Gods, if they exist, do not enter into the affairs of people.

Because there's also the Devil. God gave us free will and He also gave us common sense. So therefore, you can walk the right way or the wrong way.
Be Blessed...
