Sam Walton. He virtually destroyed the little man, and, even after his death, he still managed to destroy Food World and Winn Dixie. Just think of how many business have had to fold and how many jobs have been lost.

Besides George W? That's a tough one because voting on someone because of hate is completely different than voting on someone because they were a destructive or terrible person.
Some people hate Justin Timberlake just because. However, some other people hate Jerry Springer because he has no morals or integrity.
Now if you're basing it the most rotten hearted and destructive person well then that would have to be the obvious and that would be Hitler. But if you're looking for something a bit more current than I would go for the first one I mentioned and that would be George W.
Other than that, the list could be endless including the likes of Vlad the Impaler (aka Dracula), John Wayne Gacy, Osama.

To me it would be Pontius Pilate. Think of what the difference would have been had he not washed his hands of the historical Jesus crucification.
Adolf Hitler is closer in mind to most people, but Napolean Bonapart did some pretty awful things as well as well as Atilla the Hun. Not any are any better or worse than the other. And, of course there is Osama bin Laden and Sadam Hussein. Equally bad people. I still go with Pontius Pilate.

That is quite a difficult question as there has been so many evil people who have done so many terrible things both on a world wide scale like Bin Laden, Saadam Hussein, and Hitler, but for some people it could be a person that ruined theirs or a loved ones life.

genuine, those are aimed in the direction of genuine human beings so as a result they might desire to pass out of their way and locate an uncomplicated, yet very conventional and tasty guy or woman who's a greater advantageous representation then those buff and toned, all accomplished up celebrities.

Probably Hitler, but I'd like 5 minutes alone with the idiot who invented seal-pack packaging.
