The objects you mention are merely technological devices to aid in knowing where we are and who we are and they may one day hold all our medical information so that hospitals and doctors can learn all about us even if we are too ill to talk!
The potential for abuse does however exist if evil minded people gain access to them. That could also include a government bent on manipulating its citizens.
The devices are the work of well intended engineers, not the work of satan. But, he could find a way to inspire evil people to use them to his service.

As a born again Christian who has done research and work in those area, the answer is no. Like anything, it could be twisted to evil usage. The same GPS that could recover a lost child can be used to target a bomb. But technology is neutral.

Hey stop making fun of the engineers and programmers who spent countless hours working on this to benefit mankind. You are just a bible nut who's out ruin everything. These chips can be great tools in identifying people for security purposes.
