I'm surrounded by women like this, who want a nice man but they are in positions of power and make good money so men shy away! WHATS UP WITH THAT! This could be me in 5 years!

Personally, I like to be around women who know what they want and don't play games. I understand the situation though, guys are worried that they will not add up to the women's standards and don't want to look silly in front of other men...its a ego thing!

Not ALL men are intimidated:
1) sometimes they are too controlling so it doesn't make them desirable
2) fear of rejection (duh)
3) If she makes significantly more money than a man his thought process changes a little ("i don't have to spend so much" or "she has everthing she needs/wants, what does she need me for?" or "I can't impress her she can already do it all")
It's just ignorance on behalf of both sexes of what women and men want.

not all men are that insecure, there are good men that arent afraid to aproach women. but if they really want a submissive "shy" type guy they will probably have to aproach them themselves... the guys that arent afraid to aproach strong and beautifull women USUALLY (not always) arent going to be reliable long term guys because they are always going to be moveing on to something new. the ones that are afraid to aproach them are the ones that arent going anywhere, because really they cant =P. again there are acceptions to this though but they are hard to find.

Women with power are more bossy. Most of the relations with powerful women end before they begin. So it does not make any sense going behind them.

there is a diference in being strong and being a b@!%h. ilike a strong independant woman ,but seems like the crappy attitude always come with it.
