Is there a good product out there to remove pet stains and odors??

we use vinegar. it works, doesn't stain your carpet and gets rid of the ammonia smell so the puppy won't pee there again.

Stains are pretty easy with most carpet cleaners or stain products. Odors may be harder. A lot depends on the material the stain is on and the exact "stain" in question!!! Poo comes out easier than urine smell!!!!!

Oxy clean is the only thing that has worked for me. A scoop in really hot tap water and saturate the area. Shampoo that area carpet next day with. Stain and odor gone!

Use a solution of vinegar and water. About half and half. Spray it on and blot with a towel until the stain disappears. Or buy a commercial stain remover. The vinegar and water is safer for your pet.

My favorite is Nature's Miracle, but it's a bit pricey. I've switched to Simple Solution, which works well and is more affordable. Plus it does really well with my own spills (took red wine right out of the carpet!). The PetSmart generic brand (petzyme) works well too, but has a funny scent in my opinion.

I would use Nature's Mirale or Simple Solution, they both work wonderfully. They are available at both Petco and Petsmart and probably other pet supply stores as well.

capture. it's a spray on carpet cleaner. you can get it at lowes, and maybe walmart. it works well.
