The first thing you should do is to see a doctor and describe your problem, remember, fear does not make a problem disappear, it just makes the problem wost, because you are not being treated properly..If you are positive, killing yourself is not the answer, in fact, it is foolish to even think that way, the doctor will find a way for you to get the treatment you need. If you are a christian, you know killing yourself is not the answer, anyway, you may not even have HIV. See a doctor as soon as possible.

See a doctor. I don't think you have HIV that quickly that it would show up. I think part of your problem may be the fear that you have about your wife knowing is possibly making you very sick and causing many of your symptoms.

Yes, she does deserve to know and needs to be told before some one else tells her. See advice from someone you trust on this issue and tell her soon.

Good luck and get well soon. I believe if you get your nerves calmed, many of your symptoms will leave.

Talk to your religious leader for help in telling your wife. She deserves to know especially if you've had unprotected sex with her. You both need to be tested now and six months from now.
