I was at the Base Exchange yesterday and my friend made the comment, "If I had a dollar for every time somebody asked me how I liked being in the Navy, I could buy a Ferrari. So, how would you finish the comment "If I had a dollar for every time.....?"

.. my wife tells me, here we go again, "back when I was in the Marines.." Dont you have any other stories you can tell us?
You know back when I was in the Marines....
...I saw a turd in a toilet the size of a yam when I was in Kuwait.
...I wanted to punch our gunner (LAV-25) in the nose.
...had a blast on ship teabagging one of the NCO's from arty.
...our company got booted off of Wilcox range for messing around pulling targets.
...did alot of crazy $--t.
...had guard duty one Christmas.
...was overseas the next.
...our platoon got into a brawl with one of the companies.
...had the some of the best times of my life...

The answer is no by the way .These Grandmas and Grandpas want happy cheerful,smiling people in their home,nobody wants a sad moping person to take care of them.

If I had a dollar every time, someone said why did your son join the Army? My whole family could retire.
They all know he gave up a very high paying job to join.
