Cheese - boring, I know but I am very picky about it. Must not be too greasy. Brick oven baked with a light and airy crust. Most importantly - the sauce must be very red (fresh tomoatoes), sweet and a touch spicy but not too spicy.

I like fresh tomato slices, black olives and mushrooms.
But there is this one place near me that does chicken, artichoke hearts, provolone cheese and creamy pesto sauce, that is sooo good.
