We used to be lovers, but it didn't work; some months ago he sent me a message, just to know if I'm OK. After some messsages, I told him where he could find me, but I'm not sure he had my message.

Not, move on.

Devil's Advocate position. Doesn't sound like you had a real date. Sounds like you just said. Well, I hang out here sometimes at such a such a time. And he said okay, I'll look for you.

So he didn't look for you. If thats the case, then go ahead and call him and set something up specific.

I would say no. If you told him where to find you - and he didn't... well the ball was in his court but he decided not to take the shot.

By calling him, you would make yourself seem a little needy, a little desperate, and a little less attractive. Move on.

So you showed up to "where he could find you" and he didn't?? This guy is no good. Obviously, either he didn't care enough to show up to see you or there was miscommunication, like you were sending him mixed signals and didn't spell out the words "See me there."
