Is it normal for me to feel shaky during and after my workout? Like when I do situps I shake...And after the workout I feel shaky even though I make sure to do it a couple hours after eating. I also drink plenty of water before, during and after working out. What could be causing this and is it unhealthy?

If otherwise you feel fine, its most likely that you have weak core muscles. Try doing some balance and core strengthening exercises.

If you have just started working out it's because your muscles aren't used to the strain. If you are feeling weak while you are working out like you are hungry, then you need to eat closer to your work outs. I was the same way and it took me FOREVER to get this damn thing straight. I eat 1/2 banana 30 min before my work outs, if i get shaky during then I eat a powercrunch bar (sold at GNC or 24hr fitness), keep drinking plenty of fluids!

Shakey like you're light headed? Or shakey like you're muscles are tired/fatigued?

Make sure you eat before & after you work out... especially if you get light headed.. eat some oatmeal, and a bananna & some peanut butter before working out.. good energy for you to burn during the workout.

That happens to me, well only after and just sometimes. I think it just means you over did it. Everyone has limits to the amount of exercise they can do and it's different for every person. If this happens all the time reduce the amount of exercise you do and if it continues try asking a trainer or doctor.

I agree with some of the answers but if this is an ongoing thing, u need to speak to a doctor or at the very least have a session with a personal trainer and let them evaluate u.

Baggy clothes hide your system and encourage lounging around. So even if you're relaxing at home, wear fitted clothes and keep you on track.

Yes, you need to just keep working out and strengthning your body. You're shaking because you don't have enough muscule mass to handle the load and they are weak.

If you possibly could prevent 500 energy every day you can lose the single lb a week.
