truthfully IT would ruin yur hair my cousin used it and looked like a bald headed freak most of her hair fell out!

I've been using it for a couple of months. They tell you not to use it more than three times a week because applying it more than that is wasteful. Using more than recommended won't speed up the results, and in the end, you just lose money. It works okay, but the best product that I've ever used is called "Shapley's mane, tail, groom." Yep, it's was originally made for horses, but it's safe for humans. If you can get over that, it's a great product, and quite inexpensive. It made my hair grow like crazy.
