Duh... You must die first and you need to be a ghost believer.
You need to have a traumatic death in the place you wish to haunt. I heard a story that a lady committed suicide in a hotel. She haunted a room in that hotel. My friends stayed in that room and his wife took the rose from the room. They got haunted for a while. A pastor friend stopped by to help them to evicted the ghost.
However, to haunt people when you are alive is a more sure thing than that you are dead and not sure about there are ghost exist.... What a lame way to die for...

In my msn group I wrote about the soul weighing nothing. Somebody said how the soul has been proven to lose 21 grams when die but I did manage to explain where this weight goes (in my opinion) which still leaves the soul weighing nothing.
A ghost, in my opinion is somebody who has departed this world 'with weight', this being the weight on their mind=troubles, a soul not at peace.
So, just be sure not to be at peace when die, but why do that when you can live in peace, and die in peace and have love in life and love after leaving this world.
God Bless You, and I wish you all the happiness in the world, that can be hard enough and so can life, why wish to carry burden for eternity when can be at peace?

Do you consider yourself to be a good person? Most people do. Of all the questions you will ask yourself in life, probably the most important is, Am I good enough to go to Heaven? Let's see if you are good enough...Have you ever lied (even once--fibs, white lies, etc.)? Ever stolen (anything--the value is irrelevant)? Jesus said, "Whoever looks upon a woman to lust after her, has committed adultery already with her in his heart." Have you ever looked with lust? If you have said "Yes" to these three questions, by your own admission, you are a lying, thieving, adulterer at heart; and we've only looked at three of the Ten Commandments. That's how God sees you. Nothing is hid from His holy eyes. He will even judge our words and thoughts. Perhaps you think that God is good, and will therefore overlook your sins. But it is His goodness that will make sure that murderers, rapists, thieves, liars, etc. receive justice. Will you be innocent or guilty on the Day of Judgment? Listen to your conscience. There is a way that seems right to a man, but in the end it leads to death. If you die in your sins there is no second chance. God's Law demands justice, and the penalty for sinning against Him is death and Hell. God will give justice, and sinners will end up in Hell forever. Repent! Repent! Repent!
