Yes. Your body burns up energy and nutrients during workout, so drinking a protein shake right afterwords is very good for you. It put's a lot of the stuff back in that you lost during workout.

whats up I truly have the Ab-residing room!!!! yet specific a minimum of two times an afternoon on the protien assuming this is approximately 20 grams of protein in each and each serving. additionally some creatine after each and each workout consultation will help the muscle tissue appear as if they stand out greater. Abs are the only muscle team that's okay to artwork time-honored.

There's nothing inherently wrong with protein shakes, but be warned: a lot of fitness experts recommend that you don't eat for at least an hour after you work out. It makes sense - you don't want to immediately replace all the calories you just burned! So, as long as it's an hour afterwards, it should be fine.

If you're eating well then no. You want to cut calories to get a six pack. Once you get the six pack assess your muscle mass. If you want your abs to really stick out then work them out but not everyday (they need days to rest and rebuild) and increase your protein a little maybe 10-20% but you don't need protein shakes for that either.

Those shakes help you bulk up with muscle if your doing a good work out and eating right. But if your trying to go lean instead of bulky your should avoid them.

protein shakes are designed to bulk you up, not slim down.
