the gap is shorter and itz acceptable

She is at a delicate stage in her ripening maturity. However like most girls this age she is not yet in control. I suggest she stay with a 3 year age limit until she hits seventeen. A guy who is 24 and eyeing her is looking for the only one thing she can actually give him and that will mean he goes to jail or she ends up pregnant.

OMG, 14, if he dated/dates her he belongs in jail...OMG why would a 24 year old want to day a child????
