If you dont know what pot does to your body or mind maybe you shouldnt be smoking it.im not perfect ive done it many of times but its really a stupid question maybe youve smoked a little to much

Yes, that would be the feeling you get from the lack of oxygen going to your brain cells, as well as the drug THC impacting brain function. That is quite normal to feel that as your brain cells become hypoxic, and eventually begin to die.
