There's no sure fire way because a lot of girls break their hymen doing sports, masturbating or using large tampons way before they lose their virginity so there's not much point looking for blood on the sheets after sex!
Indicators to look for are physical tension when engaging in sex, nervousness, a pained expression and lack of knowledge about the technicalities of intercourse that no one tells you for example, that your vagina can 'fart' after vigorous sex, that if you put your clothes back on and go for a walk after sex you're likely to get a lot of semen in your knickers etc.
The best bet is to have an honest conversation about it. If you can't be honest with each other then there's not much point in having sex anyway because it will be rubbish.

Ask her.
Medically & socially speaking, an intact hymen means nothing. It can often rupture or tear during strenuous exercise such as martial arts or horse riding, and not solely through the act of penetration.
Some societies place FAR too much importance on this subject, other far too little.
The best advice is look to YOURSELF, will being with a young woman who isn't 'pefect' in your eyes make you feel less for her. If it does - you'll need to grow up and love who she is NOW.

Well you really won't know unless she decides to make love to you. But if she is a virgin, you should be able to tell by the way she puts you off when you try making out.

What does it matter if you love her? Would you wait until you are married? That is the question.
If you are both Virgins you have a lot of fun and discovering to do together and are confident that they have not been with anyone else and more likely to stick with you.

You don't. Is it important? If she has any sense she will tell you if she is. If she doesn't, she is either not a virgin, or very shy or naive about such things. If her hymen was intact of course you'd know she was, but if not there is no way of telling as most girl's hymens are broken before their first intercourse.

I got my cherry popped before I ever had sex with a man though. Through dildos. So these days you can't really tell if you would have been her first or not. Even if she bleeds that doesn't mean anything cause she can bleed the first SEVERAL times she has sex. Good luck on finding your virgin! (WINK)

more to the point why does it matter?!
if you love her then it wont matter if she has slept with anyone before. Or is this so you can say to your mates "oh i've had a virgin" grow up and get a life

If her hymen is intact, she is for a fact a virgin. BUT she could also be a "born-again" virgin or she could have damaged her hymen doing physical activity. You'll just have to trust her word.

You ask her politely.
She'll probably tell you the truth.
Although some girls lie. which is stupid.
oh and in referance to the "torn hymen:".. that's not necisarely true. A women can tear it from many different things. not just her first time having sex.
so i suggest just honestly asking her, and if you trust her. then trust her.
