Go to Whitehouse.gov (the home page of The White House). There will be an email link for you to email the President. You can email to him but I am not sure if he will read them though considering all the things that he needs to do everyday.

He can be reached at GBush@us.whitehouse.gov Sometimes he will personally answer. (My brother works at The White House).

yeah, do it all the time. go to whitehouse.gov and there is a contact area and you can e-mail George. Go easy on him, would ya...its been an embarassing coupla weeks...
