Greek Salad Dressing
A zesty dressing flecked with feta cheese.
4 tablespoons lemon juice
4 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon dried oregano
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
½ cup olive oil
¼ cup crumbled feta cheese
directions
Combine the lemon juice, red wine vinegar, salt, pepper, oregano, and garlic powder in a blender. Start blending, and slowly pour in olive oil. Turn blender off and stir in feta cheese. Store in refrigerator.

I love Greek Salad too. I only use olive oil and oregano and tons of feta crumbled on top. Some people use a bit of vinegar in it too, but I like the flavour of the oregano to come through. That's all! Try it, it's good... the vinegar overpowers the other stuff I think.

I just dress it with extra virgin olive oil and a little of basalmic vinegar....the veggies make their own marinade
