Model skinny...i dont want to have teh body of a fitness trainer all bulky.

Do mostly cardio work. You will need to do a little strength training. Most importantly, do not exercise to the point where your muscles are burning. That's when they are tearing down and rebuilding.

Then you should really just concentrate on carido work outs...running, treadmill, swimming, etc. That type of workout helps lose weight and tone up and not BULK up.

then run dont lift any weights. and do aerobic classes at the gym those get you lean without the bulkyness
