I have recently got transferred to a new branch. Few cubicles away from mine, there sits a very cute girl i am falling more and more in love with. I have been thinking of ways to start a conversation but cant figure out a way. She is always busy with her own friends. Please advise... I am in love :)

Well, for me, have a casual talk with her( about a minute or two), then ask her if she has any plans, if she says "no," then ask her if she would like to have dinner/ lunch(which ever time it is), then if she says "no," then ask her if you could reschedule it, then if she says "i have to go," then i'm sorry!!!! she just dosen't have a thing for you..........sob...sob.....
But first make sure she dosen't have a boyfriend, and do not mistaken her brother(s)(if she has any) as her boyfriend.

well if your still struggling to try to get her hers a tip to help....
If your going to try to talk to her start with a complement....like if her eyes are ple then say "your eyes are like two Crystal clear pools of blue" take that then take the convesation to a level pick a topic that should help then maybe you could deliver up flowers sighned by ananumus then chocolates finaly come up to her and ask her out try it it might help you! bye!

maybe you could send her a special delivery of flowers and watch her joy as she gets them.... make it from a secret admirer [sp?] and then send her a box of chocolates (still anonymous) then send her a note with directions of how to meet you.
ex:
1) stand up.
2) turn right
3) take 20 steps
4) turn left
etc.
then ask her to dinner!
