The animal shelter for the city I lived next to was forever giving me chickens and pheasants that they used to confiscate from within city limits(I refused to take ducks). Why not call a few and leave them your phone number.

A neighboring housewife and her neighbor, a 15 yr old girl beckoned me and asked me if I would like to accept a gift pet chicken, which the teen ager could obviously pick up and stroke, a bird that behaved like a kitten. I said, "No. I do not want a pet that most people look upon as something to eat. "I said I am a vegetarian and have no desire to worry about such a pet." Why are you asking this question, I wonder.

But I gave them a home and I will take care of them.

i hav parotts chickens roosters every farm bird and cows pigs goats etc.. i basically live on a farm
