I bartend in dallas,for past 15yrs . only 2 1/2 hours from Shreveport
1) Do the bartenders there make good money?
2) Is it hard to get on at a good casnio,with that much experience

There are decent bartending jobs in shreveport at either nice, upscale restaurants or bars downtown. Like anywhere else, you will have to work your way up. I have lived in both Dallas and Shreveport, and know bartenders in both cities - the ones in Dallas make over double of those in Shreveport.

if you are going to a casino they will probably hire you but you will be an "on-call" person and will probably have to work your way up but if you are a good bartender trust me you can make money anywhere
