I love Taster's Choice flavored latte mix. I make a cup and pour it into an ice cube tray. When frozen, I make another cup, let it cool, then put the cup of coffee and a tray of coffee cubes into the blender to make my own version of a frappichino drink. This is why I've been given the nickname Koffee by all my friends and coworkers.

To tell the truth, I used to hate coffee. I will not say that I am a convert yet. However, my wife is an expert. We have friends in Germany and they import the finest gourmet coffee from all over the world. I have tasted all the expensive ones and as far as I am concerned, coffee is not really my thing. One day we sailed into an 18th century yacht marina in Antigua and heard people talking about what sounded like a coffee museum. Apparently this family and a group of "coffee specialists" collect coffee beans from all over the world. I will not disclose their secrets, but I picked up a thing or two to impress my "expert" wife.
In short they sit and blend and document different tastes. The ones that the experts consistently rate, those are the "Big” products. I tried a few and finally, I found two that I really loved. To be honest I am not sure which ones I liked.
However I can share this secret with you. My wife loved the top brands so much that she keeps asking anyone who sails there to bring her back bags of the stuff. Once, when she was out of stock, I decided to try to imitate some of their blends. If you live in Europe, I guess you can get Dalmeyer's. I added some ground cinnamon, and ground lemon rinds to what my wife had after she ran out of the Carib bean coffee and she said with that special grin; NOOOOT BAAD. I will give you the two websites where she orders her special coffee from and you can browse to your hearts content. I will list them below. In the meantime, you can try my additives and see if you have the same "Not Baad>" That from my wife means fabulous when it comes to coffee.
Boaz.
