Physical attraction is important at first.
Then..... spirit, firceness, love of life.
I adore women who love - really love- being women.

Trite but true: "A lady in the parlor, and a woman in bed." But there is much more to it all than just that. There has to be an initial physical attraction. After that, there has to be some common ground, e.g., activities, interests, religion, politics, principles.... After that, trust, responsibility. Then a willingness to commit.
You might compare growth in a relationship and what one person looks for in another with Maslov's Need Hierarchy. It is relevant knowledge for any interpersonal relationship: romantic, social, familial, business.

Looks. one needs to obtain an appropriate level of attraction before he/she even begins a conversation. Always place your best foot forward, a girl can be hot as hell but if her mind is stuck in pre-k im out. Be yourself i hate a girl acting sweet one day and a total B the next. Overall i want to have a good time and if my personality plays well with yours then it's a done deal.

Pretty eyes good personality likes to laugh and koe around alot not too serious dont have to look like a super model just as long as shes not ugly you know
