You can send pics from Razr v3 to your P.C. in 2 ways>
1) Razr v3 is bluetooth enabled phone, if your P.C. is also bluetooth enabled(if it's not, buy a bluetooth dongle, they are very cheap now), then start the service on your P.C.. Now, V3 has a small alloy button at the "top left side of its screen", click it. Click on "set-up", turn power to "ON", then click "find me" your p.c will find your phone device, and you can navigate & save the pics to your P.C.
2)A USB data cable is provided with V3 too. Just load the driver from the CD Rom you were provided with the set, start the programme & connect V3 to P.C. via USB. P.C. will find the device & you can transfer the pics.

well i have the sprint version of the razor. and it uses bluetooth to send the pictures... you just click the picture and say send via bluetooth, but... i am not sure about the razor. it should have come with a USB adaptor to hook it up to your computer.

i dont know the specifics for that phone but here are few ways you can do this
1. if your phone is blue tooth or infra red capable and your pc is as well thats one way
2. if you have the cable to run from the phone to the pc
3. email the pics from your phone to your email then download pics from your email to your pc
