Section 8 USC 1324(a)(1)(A)(iv)(b)(iii)
It is also a felony to encourage or induce an alien to come to or reside in the U.S. knowing or recklessly disregarding the fact that the alien's entry or residence is in violation of the law. This crime applies to any person, rather than just employers of illegal aliens.

I didn't but thanks-good question as many of yours are.

I will remember that.

You know we should all remember that-than if you were ever pushed and you need a Greedy Lawyer who wanted to make a name for himself that could open a whole cans of worms and properly a new board for Yahoo.

Well albee damned! I didn't know! Does that last line say "any person", not just employers?

en·cour·age:
To inspire with hope, courage, or confidence; hearten.
To give support to; foster:
To stimulate; spur:

So then I can justifiably accuse ALL pro-illegals of committing a felony.
And I here by DO ACCUSE EVERY LAST ONE OF THEM.
There's enough evidence right here on this forum to make at least a thousand felony counts against at least a hundred of them. They're committing a felony crime and should be prosecuted.

And what do they say for themselves so far? With the law right in there faces. They say; SO WHAT!

How many of them will turn their allegiance back to the American Law? How can they now continue their support knowing full well it is a felony act? How many will continue to break our law just because they can get away with it? How many are criminals at the core of their hearts and how many are criminals by pure ignorance of the law?

Did not know that but will share this with my husband. He is trying to find laws on the books that local enforcement can use to crack down on the illegals...

Our Attorney General, the worthless Mark Shurtleff, claims they cannot do anything because this is a Federal matter...

Of course, he's handed them all drivers licenses and coddles them for their "future" vote...

We will copy this and send to his office and our Governor, best friend of Vicente Fox......

Thanks!

isn't being undocumented interior the U.S. a criminal offense, as a result "unlawful". An alien is a guy or woman who owes political allegiance to a diverse u . s . or government and not a close-by or naturalized citizen of the land the place they are chanced on. placed them mutually, and "unlawful alien" seems to in good shape.

You are absolutely right; regretably that law goes unnoticed by our law enforcement. Things are slowly getting better; at least the awareness level is up! We have more waiting in the horizon.

It is unfortunate that it is unenforced. Less fortunate yet, that being an illegal alien is NOT a felony.

It is exactly what "no-nickname" just stated. We also have MANY other unenforced laws from the 1800s.

Yep, I did know that ... and so does our government ... and if they don't get nabbed for not following this country's laws, I doubt if anyone else will either ... more's the pity ...
