Orange jc, honey, and Dijon mustard heated together to blend in a sauce pan. You can use a small amount of dried mustard or any kind of mustard that you have. Add garlic if you like and cook chicken in the sauce until tender. I like to slice some onions over the top also and serve on rice. Yum

Three Delicious Chinese Sauces ( for Chicken)
Ginger-Scallion Sauce is very popular in Hong Kong, southern China (Cantonese) and New York City. In Vietnam they add some fish sauce to the basic recipe listed below. All three sauces are good as a dipping sauce for White-Chopped or Soy Sauce-Chopped Chicken. Often the chicken is placed on top of a bed of white rice and the sauce poured on top of the chicken; most often the G-S Sauce . Or the sauce is served in a small dish on the side.
GINGER-SCALLION SAUCE RECIPE
2 tablespoons grated ginger (1-2 inches in length, remove outer skin)
2 spring scallions, very finely chopped
1/4-1/2 teaspoon salt
1-2 tablespoon peanut oil (substitute, light olive oil)
1 tablespoon sesame oil
GARLIC AND GREEN PEPPER OR HOT CHILI PEPPER SAUCE RECIPE
2-3 tablespoons of finely chopped green peppers (substitute, 1tablespoon hot chili pepper)
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1/4 teaspoon sugar (optional)
2 tablespoons peanut oil (substitute, light olive oil)
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon red rice vinegar
1 tablespoon sesame oil
OYSTER SAUCE RECIPE
1 tablespoon light soy sauce
2 tablespoons oyster sauce (I pefer the type with no sugar, see label on bottle for ingredients)
1 tablespoon peanut oil (substitute, light olive oil)
1 tablespoon soup stock

I like chicken Francais. 1 tablespoon of butter, 1/2 cup white wine, juice of 1 lemon about 3Tablespoons. Season and add cooked chicken, heat up and reduce liquid until it coats the chicken. You can then serve. The chicken is prepared by dredging it in flour then egg and pan frying it until cooked. I use fresh chopped parsley and grated cheese in the egg, and salt and pepper in the flour.

Use Knorr's Leek soup mix. Don't use as much water as called for in the soup receipe. Bake in the oven or use the crock pot. It's very good. Works well for roasts, too.
