Talking to yourself is OK, as long as you don't start answering yourself back. ;)

Ain't nothing wrong with that just please make sure you don't do it in front of people because then you'll really look crazy, almost like those people who wear the blue-tooth or an earpiece and you're walking bye and your like who in the hell are they talking to. Check your surroundings before talking to yourself. I talk to myself all the time but I'm also one of those people who talk on their cells and other people look at me strange like who is this dumb azz talking to. Dam that felt good I got something off my shoulder.

As long if it's not like this:
You: Look! A bird.
You: Cool!
You: What kind of bird is that?
You: It's a seagull.
OR
You: How was your day?
You: Good. Can't complain, and yourself?
You: Great!
I don't think you would do this but as long as you don't do that, your A OK.

no your not crazy...i also talk to myself and if ever ppl my think that talking to yourself is crazy...that will make both of us....

I think it is ok, i talk to myself often, give myself sound advice every time...and i might be bonkers, but definitely not crazy.
Only one problem, i have no ears...

I do it all the time. I think it is residue from raising b-o-y-s. LOL. And if that makes uo crazy, we are in good company, and plenty of it. lol.

nah its natural sometimes i think about something so much i start talking out load or my lips start mouthing words
