Muffins fill you up more--Angel food cake is more air than cake! Plus muffins are feel-good food. When I eat angel food cake, I just think of myself eating air and how my cake is cheating me. Tee hee, can you tell I'm overweight?!

muffins. have you ever gone to a Perkin's. Its a breakfast dinner, cleaner than dennys. They have the best muffins.
But now i don't live near one and i have to get my muffins from the grocery store.
why? they taste, smell and looke better than angel cake. sure i wouldn't make a strawberry shortcake with muffins. But i just like muffins better.
